The Trauma and Stress Recovery Center was founded in 1981 by Corey Bercun, Ph.D. With a strong background in behavioral medicine, Dr. Bercun worked for many years performing research on the connection between psychological factors and health, wellness, and prevention of heart disease and cancer as well as recovery from trauma, injury, and illness.

Over the past 35 years the Trauma and Stress Recovery Center (TSRC) has been providing mental health services to private individuals and companies as well as public institutions and safety organizations.

The Trauma and Stress Recovery Center is very familiar with the Workers’ Compensation system and offers comprehensive consultation and treatment services.

The services of our center have been utilized by numerous workers’ compensation attorneys as well as insurance companies including Fireman’s Fund, CNA Rsko, Liberty Mutual, Republic Indemnity, and the State Compensation Insurance Fund.
